I tried everything to clean my playstation 2. i put a vaccum against the air vents to get the dust out.
Is there a place i can go to get it cleaned out? and how much would it cost?

Heather, I am not sure about PS2 dust cleaning places, but I know that you can buy a laser len cleaning disk for about 15 or 20 dollars and that should clean out your PS2 laser len. Sometimes that makes it not want to read the the disk. A friend of mine had to clean his PS2, he thought it was dusty but it was just a dirty laser len. I am not sure where to buy them I think Wal-Mart or Target and ask them for a laser len cleaning disk, thry also clean dvds too, so they might be near the dvds. I hope the helps you some heather.

Hi everyone. I’m told by those who should know, that the disc kits can do more harm than good. I was advised to use alcohol and a Q Tip, or soft cloth like in a glasses case. A link is below to take you to a do it yourself guide.
